Welcome to Essential Yoga,
Our intention is to offer you practice, support, information and community.
We offer group and private classes including: prenatal yoga, Mom & Baby Yoga, Hatha Yoga for moms; a diverse series of workshops, comprehensive childbirth education series, and maternal postpartum care.
We are two women who came together through yoga practice and have grown to become friends and mothers as well as working partners. We believe deeply in the power of women helping women, in the power of inter-generational communication and in empowering women through shared knowledge.
We are enriched by working with women of all ages and stages of life including our work with pregnant teenagers. We intend to continue developing our offerings to include classes for women and couples before conception, retreats outside of the city and a website that will serve as a resource for information and service referrals.
